These terms apply to all orders placed through this website. Please read them before ordering. They do not affect your legal rights.
Our Shipping Policy and our Returns and Exchanges Policy form part of these terms and should be read alongside them.

1. Ordering
1.1 Eligibility
You must be 18 or over, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
1.2 Placing an order
When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. This confirms we have received your order but does not mean it has been accepted.
Your order is accepted when we email you to confirm it has been dispatched. Where an order contains several items, each item is accepted as it is dispatched.
1.3 If we cannot accept your order
We may be unable to accept an order if an item is out of stock, payment is not authorised, or a price has been listed incorrectly. If this happens we will contact you and refund any payment in full.
2. Product information
2.1 Accuracy of product images
We make every effort to display the colours and detail of our products accurately. However, colours may vary depending on your screen, its settings and its calibration. Images are intended as a guide and slight variation between the image and the item you receive is normal.
Product images are photographed on a range of body shapes and sizes. The way a garment appears on a model will not necessarily reflect how it appears on you.
2.2 Sizing and fit
Our garments are designed to be close-fitting. Please consult our size guide before ordering. Fit may vary between collections, between fabrics, and according to individual body shape.
The size guide is a guide rather than a guarantee. If an item does not fit, you may return it under our Returns and Exchanges Policy, subject to the hygiene conditions set out in that policy.
2.3 Product descriptions
We take care to describe fabric composition, care instructions and measurements accurately. Measurements are taken flat and may vary slightly between garments as a result of the manufacturing process.
3. Prices and payment
3.1 Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
3.2 Pricing errors
If we identify a pricing error before your order is dispatched, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
3.3 Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when your order is placed. Payments are handled by our payment providers and we do not store your full card details.
4. Promotions, discounts and offers
4.1 Discount codes
Discount codes are valid only for the period and products stated, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and hold no cash value. Codes are for personal use and may not be resold. We may withdraw a code at any time and may cancel orders where a code has been misused.
4.2 Launch, seasonal and event promotions
From time to time we run promotions tied to a launch, a season or an event. Each promotion is subject to these terms and to any additional conditions published with it, including start and end dates, qualifying products, minimum spend and quantity limits.
Where a promotion is advertised as limited in quantity or as closing on a stated date, that limit or date is genuine. We do not advertise artificial deadlines or false scarcity.
4.3 Limited-availability and early-access offers
Some offers, including founding-member pricing and early-access releases, are limited to a stated number of customers or units and are allocated on a first-come basis. Placing an order does not guarantee allocation. Where we cannot fulfil an order under such an offer, we will contact you and refund you in full.
4.4 Free gifts and gift-with-purchase
Where a promotion includes a free or discounted item, that item is supplied as part of the qualifying order. If you return the qualifying order, or return enough of it that it no longer qualifies, the promotional item must be returned as well or its value may be deducted from your refund.
4.5 Price changes and sales
Prices may change at any time. If an item you have bought is reduced afterwards, we are not obliged to refund the difference, though we may choose to do so.
4.6 Competitions and giveaways
Competitions and giveaways are subject to their own published terms, which will state who may enter, how winners are chosen and when the promotion closes.
5. Your account
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through it. Please tell us if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
6. Delivery
Delivery destinations, options, charges and estimated timescales are set out in our Shipping Policy and are shown at checkout before you pay.
Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver your order within 30 days. If we do not, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Your order remains our responsibility until it is delivered to the address you have provided. Ownership passes to you once payment has been received in full.
7. Returns, exchanges and cancellation
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and return the items to us within a further 14 days.
In addition, we accept returns for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Certain items, including bodysuits and other garments supplied with a protective hygiene liner, cannot be returned once that liner has been removed. Full details, including how to return an item, who pays return postage and how refunds are issued, are set out in our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
8. Use of this website
You may use this website to browse and place orders. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious software, extract data systematically, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
9. Intellectual property
The Wavy name, logo, images, text and website design are owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial use without our permission.
10. Reviews and customer content
Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. We do not publish incentivised or fabricated reviews and we do not remove genuine reviews on the basis that they are unfavourable.
If you share content with us or tag us, we may reproduce it on our website and social channels with credit. You may ask us to stop using it at any time.
11. Our liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to meet these terms or to use reasonable care.
We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so.
These terms apply to purchases made for personal use. We are not liable for business losses.
12. Circumstances outside our control
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, industrial action and courier or supplier failure. We will contact you as soon as possible and agree a revised delivery date. Where the delay is substantial you may cancel your order for a full refund.
13. Complaints
Please contact us in the first instance using the details on our contact page. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two working days and to resolve them within fourteen.
If we cannot resolve matters between us, you may refer the dispute to an alternative dispute resolution provider or pursue a claim through the courts.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales, and if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings where you live.
15. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those published at the time you placed it.
